Condo Lobby Renovations Create A High-End Look Down The Shore

Last year, JR Carpentry & Tile was called out to Sea Isle City to help renovate the South Lobby of Spinnaker Condos. The end result turned out great, and this year we were called back out to finish the look with North Lobby renovations.
After demolishing walls to open up the space, we laid new tile on the floors. We placed the tile in a random pattern to create a unique visual as residents entered the building.
The walls around the elevator also received new tile, as did the walls leading to the office. The wainscot tile really creates a high-end look in the lobby. New mailboxes were installed, and the job was done!
The governing board of the facility is thrilled with the final outcome, and we think the pictures really speak for themselves. We look forward to completing more work for the building as they continue to update and revitalize their condominiums.
